Uh, my favorite fanfic is Better Living Through Science and Ponies.

I’ve only read MLD, but I have read many different synopsis of cupcakes, and from those I don’t want to read it.  
So, MLD, FO:E/Past Sins, Past Sins/FO:E, Cupcakes.

FO:E, followed by Past Sins, Followed by MLD. as for cupcakes, more like CRAPcakes.

all of those sucked. why would you assume i liked any of them?

My favorite fic is probably Cheerilee’s Garden. Not the sequel though. Don’t get me started on the depressing sequel.

Fallout: Equestria

Oh, the story I couldn’t remember the name of is called “Of Age”. It’s still incomplete, but 5 chapters have been released so far.

Cupcakes is actually not very well written, but I have a special place in my heart for it because of the freakouts and its place in history (I was actually part of the fandom when it was written and being passed around, so I have warm nostalgia fuzzies for the original reactions, and then the further reactions when Party of One aired).
 
I haven’t read Fallout: Equestria, but I’m skeptical, also I’m pretty sure the length of it is 100% ludicrous.

My Little Dashie has been on my to-read list for, what, 7 months now? I’m probably never going to get around to reading it…

There are so many I like, but I’ll give special mention to Cupcakes. Not because it’s good, but because stumbling upon its article on tvtropes is what brought me to the fandom.

On a Cross and Arrow is best fic.

Haven’t read any of these four.
 
Outside of these, my faves are probably Warren Hutch’s flash-forward stories “Windfall” and “Earth and Sky”, Jetfire’s “It’s a Dangerous Business, Going Out Your Door”, and A.J. Talon’s “Progress”.

None of them. My favorite would be “Like Fine Wine”.
