I had heard movie will be CG, but the series will be 2D. Admittedly, I didn’t verify it for myself because I don’t particularly care, lol.
I would’ve loved to see that happen as well. But unfortunately, they just decided to use that CGI animation that looks like one of those modern Disney animated movies which always looks the same.
