Basically a “bun in an oven” is pregnancy. Stellar Flare wanted a grandfoal, but Sunburst either trolled Stellar Flare or took it too seriously by baking a bun in an actual oven.

If you do not get it, then you are probably too young to know. However, this is the internet, so I will assume you are just naive and not young. To “put a bun in one’s oven” is a colloquial term that means to impregnate them. Sunburst here is either naive or just messing with his mom by taking what Stellar Flare said, probably in a nagging “I want to be a grandmother yesterday” manner, “When are you going to put a bun in Starlight’s oven?” to its most literal extreme. By the exasperated expression on Stellar Flare’s face, you can tell this is obviously not the first time Sunburst has done something as stupid as this.

Stellar, being the grandfoal-wanting mother that she is, probably told Sunburst something about putting a bun in Starlight’s oven, but he took it literally. Maybe he baked an actual bun to mess with her, or maybe he’s just that dense, but it seems vague enough in that particular point that it could be open to interpretation, and I personally find both interpretations equally hilarious.

I don’t get it.

Sunburst: She said she wouldn’t ‘tickle my pickle’ as she’d probably eat it afterwards and would have to buy me a new one.
