As for the “doctor” I gathered that he still doesn’t see himself as a pony, and thus doesn’t quite understand the range of abilities that a cutie mark confers.
Well, it is a Grimdark story starring The Doctor pretty much deciding to be a bystander instead of helping and with the ‘Digging yourself deeper’ trope Jitters did with him, it’s gonna be harder for Doc to forgive himself….if he ever gets better.
It’s probably just me but I feel the story has gone long for too far and Jitters either can just abruptly leave the blog or give it a decent to good ending.
Well, not really uncommon for The Doctor to be pretty self loathing, even without the help of Discord.
Considering the story is still the same “Dissy hates himself, tries to be better but Discord hits the reboot button”, eh.
Plus from what I saw, his satellite love interest Miss Twilight Sparkle seems to have vanished following that blog’s end
Considering the NSFW Tumblr purge that took place, I think it’s pretty admirable….all things considered.
