It’s a commissioned piece for that story so there doesn’t seem to be any other source. It probably needs a derpi exclusive tag in addition to the fanfic tags, Older Apple Bloom, Pregnant, Missing Accessory, and This Will End in Tears.
I dont think that a random 4chn link (not even from an art thread) is considered a source. The post were also not made by the artist.
