You can take a look at his comments and you can see his comments mostly whining and complaining about Sparity. Which is against rule 4.

I think this is the first time I’ve seen him specifically, though I could be wrong. With these kinds of people, it’s hard to tell one from the other
I surprised that nobody didn’t report this user yet, he have been told multiple times to filter the content he don’t like but ignore it and keep doing the same thing.
