Description
A bit of a personal but also in character thing for myself and Dusk Rhine (Cause he’s a fucking nerd and this would be up his alley). Since i’m running like 4 D&D 5e Games (and i’m in like 7 at this point) Ever since i was introduced to Pen and paper games I’ve just enjoyed myself and grew to love it as the thing i want to do for the rest of my Life. Although i’d like to be a player more often, I’ve accepted the fact that i’m mostly a Dungeon Master, I help create worlds and games for others to enjoy and to be honest that is a bit more rewarding than being a Player.
This picture is a celebration of all my D&D Adventures and even how some of my OC’s were created as NPC’s or simply from concepts for Player Characters. If you haven’t experienced a Pen and Paper game, I highly recommend giving it a try with friends and honestly the world needs more Dungeon Masters so don’t be afraid to try it out (I suggest doing a Module first if you aren’t sure what to do) Being a good Dungeon Master takes time and experience, you’ll find your stride.
If you want to start a game, take the plunge run the world be the people and just have fun is the most important rule of all.

eyup…
sure doesn’t make regular employment easy.
i know that feeling man…it sucks a lot.. :(
I have tried. It didn’t work out too well.
That’s also possible, But it’s always worth trying to see how you do or if you eventually get good at it.
I’m aware of that method, it may just be that I’m not DM material.
I think the best method of DMing is to let the PC’s do as they wish but remind them they gotta stick/work together yet remaining neutral and just doing as the PC’s want.
For example, my Group 1 learned how to open portals in Undermountain and there were…Drow on the otherside, They had a hint and warning but they still opened the gate and then rolled initiative. I personally knew it was a bad idea and they were given a clear warning, However they still went forward.
And then the group learned a lesson after almost dying from that group and being too cocky, Now they are humbled (Hopefully)
DMing one group drives me insane, I can’t imagine 4, even if most of them are relatively simple.
Sadly my boi, I’m in so many games and stuff currently that’d be impossible and would start to kill me.
The only reason i was able to run 4 games at once is that Three of them are “Dungeon of the Mad Mage” with all separate groups, The other is “Tyranny of Dragons” which i started before i ran those three groups (Managed to make a template for Dungeon of the Mage)
I am a player in like 3 games currently, So i’m fortunate. So don’t worry about it <3
Hearing you want to be a player more makes me want to invite ya. I know one of my players is a huge fan too. But 6 players is my limit. Hm, maybe if one of them gets themselves killed… heh. Probably not.
The world is better place when it has good GMs, and I love art and stories that comes from these games.
The best moments :D
