Probably the tried and true method of adding “$bumpmap” “models/pony/stupid sexy rarity/hair_normal_map” to the vmt :P
So like a bump map? What method would you use?
Give the illusion of a texture on the hair, such as raised ridges where the hair changes color so it pops a little
Wait, how specifically would you go about fixing that with a normal map?
I think it’s a jacket ripped from a game with realistic high-res textures as opposed to something from a Source game. They’re all over the Workshop
