‘Course, taking both probably just leads to bugs and glitches; They’re programs, taking both is like activating the ‘restart’ program at the same time as the ‘trace’ one.  
At best one overrides the other, and it’d be like you just took the ‘wake up without any memories’ one, but if you’re unlucky the trace will set off alarms first but not be able to finish, so you’d get ‘deleted’ as a troublemaker without anyone being able to get you out of the Matrix in time (since the trace-program got interrupted)
