Ever since the first time I saw something like this, I’ve wondered if she didn’t create the first generation of ponies herself… the hard way. She’s like a mother to her people because that’s exactly what she is.

The large res version is the original, but the new image loading system forces a load on the full res, which slows it down big on huge pics. I’m hoping the admins get something like the old system back up and only have the full-res load if desired.

Of course, but I didn’t mean to imply that the only reason I like this is because of how boner-inducing it is to me.
 
One mustn’t forget about how a mother feeds her children for the first time, either. Can you imagine how engorged she would be at that stage? Because I can. I imagine she’d need regular release to avoid discomfort. It would have to be coaxed out, of course. Slow, smooth circular motions should be employed first, followed by firmly – not too firmly – squeezing and pulling her teats, sometimes for as long as ten minutes. She’d probably go without saying anything, so it didn’t get awkward, but you’d still catch the occasional stifled gasp or moan from her, wouldn’t you? It’s only natural that it’d feel good, isn’t it?
 
But what then, I wonder? After all, it wouldn’t do for the princess’s milk to stain whatever carpet, rug or blanket it fell upon, and it just seems to wrong to let it go to waste, even if she’ll just make more of it later. Caring for a pregnant mare, I’d imagine, is thirsty work indeed.
