Nah, not a Model T, it’s far less sophisticated. Her cart looks more like a highwheeler - a carriage-like car with large wood wheels popular between 1903-09. They were produced mostly by ex-carriage companies for rural use, rarely costing more than a three-figure sum, so if the automobile was the motorized companion to a horse, you could consider the highwheeler the companion to a donkey. Her cart has a roof so it would be a surrey.
And I’m pretty sure we’ll never see a highwheeler in Forza…
