So I thought to myself, I could maybe use an animation for something…
So, despite having never made an animation before, and having no idea what the hell I am even doing, I made one. The results are as were to be expected…

Probs, but this method works for me.
Well, I feel like there has to be a better / more efficient way to do it…
That’s what I do too. P:
I guess a lot of people use Flash or some other program specifically made for animations.
Or you could go for the absolute mental approach and do what I did (spoilered so animators don’t get an aneurysm):

Draw / vector every single frame by hand / mouse.
Import the frames into GIMP as layers.
Export as gif with the “animated” and “replace previous” options ticked.
