What Barry said. It’s her attempting to say the f word. But cause of fae magic, she can only say Fetlocks. Which ya know, starts with an F and ends with a ck. But fetlocks is a mouthful, so she shortens it to ‘fet’ and ‘fetting’ is the natural evolution of this word substitute.
Fetter; “a chain or manacle used to restrain a prisoner, typically placed around the ankles.”
I always just thought “Fetting” = SFW word put in place of the F— word.
