Maybe they gave him a different Design now. There are still no infos of his final Design.
you say that, but do you know anything about him? he’s actually a real threat if they keep him the same as Gen 1
It’s a coloring and cleaning up of a black & white reference of him from the 2017 leaks. He was black and white in the reference sheet but this is otherwise Grogar’s official Hasbro design.
Looks like there is a link to the original..and no, it looks like it was inspired by the leaks, but not from it.
As for the artist, we can’t seem to find him or her.
If it’s from the leaks, it needs to be taken down.
