If so then it’s probably a nod to the popular fan theory and fan-fiction focus from the fandom, as fan-fiction with Sombra being made evil and being the apprentice of Grogar was common. Shouldn’t be hard to find fan art of this on Derpybooru.
Coincidentally there is a “Grogar Magic” vector sheet in the 2017 spoilers package which shows a huge beam of dark magic and an explosion.
