Pinkie Pie + nitrous oxide = this is probably the LEAST bad thing that could happen.

Yeah but you also had the front legs swell instead of being absorbed “normally”.

Usually when people make inflation art with joints getting absorbed the skin that would otherwise stick close to other parts of the characters body.
Take this RD inflation made by Bapho for example. and notice how the neck (and legs/flanks” were integrated into a part of the “sphere”.

Then again Inflation as with all other purely fantasy fetishes do not to be consistent.

tl;dr
it’s OK.

PS: I have to learn how to freaking draw one day.

I see what you mean. The logic I was going with was that a ponies front hooves grow out at a 180 degree angle while the rear hooves grow more from the side because of the hips, so the rear hooves retained most of their appearance even though they’re swollen. I’m probably not making any sense now, but I see what you mean and will consider it next time. :)

Oh and answering the question at FA.
You didn’t screw it up like some people but i’d take a look at the front legs.
They seem to be somewaht short and stumpy compared to the rear ones even if we assume they got mostly absorbed by the expanding middle.
