@Scp-3125
It can’t actually be a cyanide like hydrogen cyanide (HCN) or the potassium salt of it called potassium cyanide (KCN). While those can often cause foaming at the mouth it is due to unconsciousness and saliva entering the respiratory tract, like with many other poisonings or a seizure.
For the sake of realism and this being a “safe” rated image I would just say it’s sodium bicarbonate. Together with (anhydrous, “anh” (dry)) citric acid this will create a lot of carbon dioxide when the mixture is dissolved (both becoming aqueous “aqu”) in a liquid like water or saliva pretty much everyone has already come across this effect in the form of sherbet or fizzy powder. The citric acid reacts with sodium bicarbonate to form sodium citrate and carbonic acid. The carbonic acid becomes carbon dioxide and water.
This would also explain her reaction, it doesn’t have the most pleasant taste and is usually masked with sugar. clearly she added way too much, making it foam out of her mouth and making her grimace in displeasure.
The tags say cyanide
And then she came back as a zombie and ate our brains.

Same, though I never hear any complaints.
Me. I always get the two mixed up!
