I know Tempest is much more ambitious than ever, her quote “Imagine a world united under the same banner. Imagine all species living together in harmony. Imagine, nobody can hurt you.__” She clearly believes in a cause, and thinks the world would be better under one ruler, and that everycreature will live together in harmony, she just believes that the way to reach it is through conquest.
To quote Pandora “Hope is what makes us strong. It is why we are here. It is what we fight with when all else is lost..”
At this point, I don’t think so. Equestria has become fully militarized, the Mane 5 and Spike have become Commanders and a Lieutenant for Tempest’s army, Ponyville is now a fortress(Barracks and garrison) and all creature kids are being trained to be soldiers…And Sandbar…lets just say this Sandbar is far more dangerous than you might think(He’s Tempest star pupil)
