I mean appearances and everything yes. Both worlds are the same. except for celestia and luna since they are giants.

the guys of back and girls below are the size of normal adults, but celestial and luna are of the giant size that is not normal. that’s very similar to their ponies counterparts, that ponies are adults and alicons are giants.
