It probably helps that she isn’t saying anything and that if she did, it’d be a speech bubble rather than actual audio. A lot of Zephyr’s obnoxiousness was vocal, so I wouldn’t be surprised if Aura Winds has a really obnoxious, nasal, whiny voice or something.
The lack of facial hair might help too. XD
Blitz again has an uncomfortable time with the unbearable but sensual sister of Butterscotch, Aura Winds!

In Equestria Boys Aura Winds is more obsessive with Blitz and does not stop following him even though Blitz rejects her saying no to her
Not to mention that Butterscotch is ashamed that his younger sister always embarrasses him in front of everyone
