For those who don’t get it; the volume of a cylinder is pi, the mathematical constant that is the ratio of a circle’s circumference to its diameter (3.1415926535 etc.) times the radius of the circular base squared, multiplied by the height, or depth I guess, as Twilight puts it. Same thing.
 
tl;dr- The equation is right. Trust me, I’m an engineer.
