Not sure I’m buying this. Fluttershy was able to stare down a freakin’ COCKATRICE; there’s no way she’d lose to a regular snake.

I DID edit and take that tag out once already. (Unless that was only on the other one.) Typically in other times I’ve drawn this particular snake that I can recall (though not all items have been finished works) I’ve specified no impending vore haha
 
I personally do not agree with Derpibooru’s definitions of the words and I do not think they are mutually exclusive. But I’m not going to go against the definitions here and since I can’t use both, I typically go with hypnosis since that’s A) the more normal sounding one, B) what I always and only search when looking for stuff like this and C) the more appropriate, umbrella term. Even though it’s actually very rare in my art for the hypnosis to be consensual X3
 
But I’m fine just using one. And fair enough I’ll leave it for this one I guess if that’s what people want. I just think it sounds goofy.
 
I am reluctant to leave it as it is though since in my eyes it contradicts the content of the image.  
No mind control is present, the snake isn’t getting her to do anything.

Is this meant to be hypnosis (consensual) or mind-control (non-consensual)? I mostly ask because the whole “trapped under the snake’s spell” bit, and you tagging that this will result in Fluttershy being eaten.
