I guess you have to be kinda prepared for that kinda thing. Ian Flynn whom was a fellow Sonic fan in his youth, and writer of the Sonic comics sense 2006 gets alot of crap too, and alot of Sonic SatA.M. fans are demonizing him, and labeling him a "SatA.M. hater," (even though Ian LIKES that old Sonic show, and used it's characters alot during his run on the Archie series) and trying to blame him for why the SatA.M. cartoon Sonic characters aren't in the newer IDW Sonic comic.
 
(Sega won't let them use any of the old "classic era" characters for now, not even old game ones like Nack, Bean, Bark, Mighty, or Ray.)
