What I would love to see in the grand finale but will almost certainly never happen…
The Big Bad Alliance sets off a chain reaction of events that will lead to the eventual destruction of Equestria and its entire world/star system/galaxy/universe/whatever, but by the power of the Magic of Friendship (and a lot of extra magic besides), the heroes save the day! But in doing so, collapse the barrier between their reality and the one next door (i.e. Canterlot High), bringing humans and pones TOGETHER in a single world from them on! A spell is found that can change any human into a pony or vice versa essentially at will…
