They have been doing the mid season break since season 5. Australia decided to air two episodes a week and some of these other countries were airing them daily.
“Some” is a little overstatement. Only for Australia it was the main language. Maybe you could find it somewhere as a secondary track, but I wouldn’t be surprised if that wasn’t the case.
Maybe you could fit another country if one language version is available in more than one country, but it’s not an easy info to obtain.
Some of these countries had the English version though. Like Australia. Lots of fans decided to watch the episodes when Australia aired them.
I guess they’re assuming people wouldn’t watch foreign-language versions of the episode. They didn’t count on the Internet.
