Yes truly the story of a mad scientist who turned himself into an oozing telepathic blob via glowly green ooze and is attempting to take over the world with his army of radioactive green “super mutants” was a stirring and timeless treatise on the folly of man and futility of conflict.

internet fights, internet fights never change.

I could comment on why it’s wrong to make the lead a lesbian if it actually were but i’d be wasting my time. Something the story never did.

Don’t bother arguing with the NV fans. Just be glad they’ll shut up via suicide when their sinking ship company finally goes under.

Considering that the story is told very personally around her and her interactions with the world and other ponies in it, I’d say yes, her sexual orientation is very important.

Still, is that REALLY needed in the story?!
Just to fuel more brony fantasies? Does her sexual orientation REALLY matter?!

Can’t she just be, whatever?

Actually, I think it kinda works, to some extent. MLP:FiM has this really creepy undercurrent where you have innate differences in ability and labor value between the three races of ponies and the various sapient species found in that universe.

The way I see it, while Fallout was about mankind’s follies and foibles, Fallout Equestria and its side stories are - at their most fundamental level - about race and class struggles. In a way, it’s fitting.

And I dislike Fallou Equestria too.
Call it what you want, I see it as a slighty AU Fallout with the diferrence of throwing ponies at it. There’s not that Fallout charm to me.

Althought I agree with you on Fallout 2 having the best world interaction, I still like the newer Fallouts due to the fun of playing them. I never liked the style the other fallouts played.

Not to mention that I will NEVER understand why people think that combining a series that explores the corruption of man and adaptability of post-apocaliptic societies with a series about cartoon ponies learning about friendship is a good idea.

It isn’t only about the setting, it’s also about the storytelling and the focus of the plot.
The first two Fallouts were about the people, the societies that had arisen after the bombs fell, how they fit in the world, and their problems and vices, it was about the nature of man, and the immutability of war, the tagline isn’t just there to sound cool, “War, War never changes” is sort of the entire point of the series, the immutability of war, and by extention, man.

Aw now don’t be like that, at least read the story before stating an opinion, I know it has elements from the earlier fallouts as well, I just don’t know how many because I’ve not had the chance to play them.

Oh, I’m never reading it them.
Because Fallout 3 was a crime against the lore and culture of the previous two games.
And Fallout tactics.
But not Brotherhood of Steel, that one sucked.
