Description
A full mock-up of one of the cards I made based on “The Washouts,” with visual assistance by my wingman Phil Srobeign.
Yes, it’s entirely possible for two dead creatures to come out, punch each other, and immediately die again. It’s kind of morbidly hilarious.

Forgot about that, even though I was obviously looking right at the card. I guess I’ll just have to keep my personal best at Proggy on turn 4 and bring out a Blazing Archon.
Nope. Same replacement ability as Progenitus, specifically to prevent these sorts of reanimation shenanigans. There’s also the matter of Old Rivalry being a sorcery, so you’d need to get around that first to bring back, say, original Emrakul (which, you’ll note, has a trigger rather than a replacement effect, so it does actually spend a little time in the graveyard.)
Blightsteel Colossus will do it, though. Though you’ll likely want to spend turn one with Mountain 1/1 R that gives haste (there are a few of them)
Edited
Well, it would be if Proggy could stay in the graveyard.
Turn 2: Mountain, Dark Ritual, any discard effect for B, this. Apparently your nothing is an old rival to my friend Proggy.
