I think she should get redeemed in a interesting way.
Something like “gets betrayed by a villain and is physically hurt by said villain”. This would likely cause her to realize her mistake and side with the good guys, get redeemed, and have a happy ending.
Or go Transformers Armada: Sideways with her going up against, and beating, the main antagonist of S9, and revealing to the ponies that all of it was done to prove that a filly could do more than an adult.

I love her for the fact that she’s a villain, if she was redeemed then I have a feeling that if not handled properly she’d become a boring character, and I don’t want that of her! If it wasn’t for her manipulativeness and deceit, then outside of having a cool design I wouldn’t have much interest in her, the manipulators are my favorite characters, you add the fact that she’s fully capable, smart enough, and powerful enough to be a serious threat to Equestria, all whilst being a child, and you have yourself an amazing character, and I don’t want someone as badass as Cozy being turned into some generic foal.

I’m referring to the people who say she, alongside the semi-more redeemable Chrysalis (If you want an explanation for that, I’ll see if anyone will start a forum for it), shouldn’t get redeemed because reasons. Usually said reasons are
“I hate her, she should die!”
“She’s worse than Diamond Tiara!”
“She got what she deserved and the show would be stupid to redeem her.”
Alongside other hate-encouraged statements.
I wonder what you truly think about Cozy if you really don’t want her to be redeemed. Even if Cozy is such a little devil i still love her and i would love to see her redeemed.
Yeah… I think that’s just a coincidence, plus if she was possessed then it would just be another NMM/Pony of Shadows, and I want variety in my villains, a crazy filly is a perfect kind of villain. (Plus, the side of my brain obsessed with Warhammer 40K can’t stop comparing her to Tzeentch, who is my favorite character from 40K)
I don’t hate her, She’s one of my favorite characters, but mostly because she’s a villain. I adore her deceitfulness and how she manipulated everyone. (I’m aware you weren’t talking to me directly with your “Cozy Glow haters” quote, but I felt the need to say that the reason why I like her is because she’s a villain)

If they are two different versions of the same character, it’s likely Cozy Glow is being possessed and isn’t acting on her own free will.

I don’t want her reformed, as for NMM and Sunset, some evil external force had been manipulating them… With Cozy I get the feeling that she knows exactly what she’s doing. (As for the reason why I don’t want her reformed it’s because it’ll be far more interesting to see how they deal with someone unwilling to reason… Plus, you need to make her reformation feel natural, and there’s no way she’ll reform willingly.)

Uh, Nightmare Moon and Sunset didn’t really get a say in it. They were blasted with the elements of Harmony, and it’s implied that the elements removed the evil from them.
Just do the same with Cozy, or just reform her. I don’t care… I just want her reformed.

Not really. There are ways to reform her.
Cuddles, belly rubs, hugs, kisses, or just get her friends that will actually stay with her instead of just hanging around her when it’s convenient. (I’m looking at you, Student 6.)

Twilight is the reformer and should’ve had a say in the matter considering Cosy was her student. (Key word: Was.)

Eeyup. || I hope she actually reforms and doesn’t end up back in Tartarus, which was a dark and bad idea to begin with since that’s where she wanted to be , because that kind of defeats the whole point of the Princesses being compassionate. ||
