Moondancer brought up a lot of good points about Changelings that I have wondering about myself. Because of the law of constant mass, Changlings have to be extremely heavy or Ocellus would not have done so much damage when she she transformed into a Bugbear and destroyed part of the school. Or if they are not, from where do they get all the extra mass, and where does their normal mass go when they shrink?
