But whatever. I was just trying to make a joke. Guess I should know better after last time.
They’re both different, like dogs, there are so many types of dogs that it’s a species but we don’t know what are the first races of dogs?

“Species” is both singular and plural. And I’ve already mentioned that the word “race” CAN, in fact, be used when referring to species; in other words, you can be both.
