Yeah, I kinda felt that the later episodes just felt like they rushed through just to fufill the terms of a contract. Not saying the show wasn’t watchable anymore, but when you constantly try to introduce new characters as part of the main cast with little to no character development. It makes it feel more like a toy comercial rather than a cartoon based off of a toy line.
 
I’m not saying “The show got worse after Faust” left either. I’ve voiced my criticisms about her plenty of times in the past to be clear.
 
And I’m not for “Team Mcarthy” either. I honestly think she skates by from using other people’s ideas to put it bluntly.
 
I just wanted to put it out there so people don’t get the wrong impression.

Discord in ending of the ending: i will participate to put you in a test!
 
And is really convenient everything of that like why discord just don’t create a new menace instead of making a team with villains? why show them how to steal his powers? why Discord just don’t dissapear when Chrysalis put slime in him? why Discord don’t create a Grogar’s clon to don’t be in risk?
 
It’s not like reformed Discord neither S2 Discord who despiste have ego, it’s really smart.
 
Dubuc’s Discord isn’t Discord, it’s just a convenient thing to create a real conflict. It’s just like say “Wally west is a psichopath because he killed everbody in Heroes in Crisis” or “Luke Skywalker is a scumbag because he tried to kill his nephew because he had bad dreams”

It is you who haven’t seen his episodes in S8, S7, S6 and S5. Because current Discord would never act line in this episode and risk lives of kids who have nothing to do with his problem. He was never this malicious even in S2 and we are talking about Discord influenced by Fluttershy’s kindness for years and seasons. It’s like regressing him back to pre reformation for a bunch of cheap gags and Spike abuse slapstick. Its bullshit, and the fact that every single review and reaction video on You Tube say the same thing, means that it is you who are wrong.

People just hate too admit that Discord is still very much a dick and an asshole. You’d have to be blind not to see this. If Fluttershy were too die, Discord would go back to being an outright villian again not long after.
