There you go. Online tools don’t always give you flexibility like that or you might be limited by length/size (at the higher framerate)
Got it.
I use this.
I don’t know what you use, it might simply be a matter of tweaking that to adjust its rate capture settings. (I use Gimp with video tools that grab at the format’s framerate).
I see.
Any suggestion for a better gif software?

One thing I’ve noticed with yours is that they are lower frame rates than the show, so you end up losing frames.
The show aims for about 25 fps (40ms per frame). The original one here (from BG pony) is running 70ms per frame (about 14 fps), yours is at 100ms per frame (about 10 fps). So, depending on the animation, your might lose as much as half the frames, which I tell from their choppiness. Lower fps will of course be smaller image file, but that could worsen the quality of the product.
(There’s also the difference between color correction down to 256 colors, whether to dither or not. Both of these use dithering which is good in this case because of the bg gradients, but you can get much better without dithering when the scenes are more flat colors with nearly no gradients.)
Why the hell are you threatening me for replacing your GiFs with higher quality clips and better GiF compression method?
I directly ripped the clips from DVD/iTunes, for the record.
Whatever clips you used is from another language which has different color compression making the GiFs look odd.
