Maybe there should be some priority Hidden Thumbnail such as “Foalcon or Explicit” depending on the reason, so there is always one that keeps popping up, instead of 3 randomized ones?

Flammie is right, happened to me once or twice and both times was because i had a spoiler on for two different reasons, though now the only spoiler i keep is any fluffy pony stuff, i don’t want to block it but incase one gets a stupid amount of comments or up/ down votes i don’t miss anything

But the one image has two thumbnails, and they aren’t even the special “grimdark” and “explicit” icons.

I think it’s the same picture, hidden by default for two seperate reasons.
 
Cause some of the spoiler tags keep changing back and forth between this and some other random hidden thumbnail, wich isn’t as bad as it looks anyway :p
