I can see it now. The executive doesn’t really know the characters. The note reaches the creative staff and reads it. They go, wait, we’re doing a valentines episode between an adult and a child? I can see multiple emails going back and forth trying to clear this up.
 
I’m also guessing these executives are the bosses that tell the writers which characters to write stories about.

I really want to know what those “comical ramifications” were. I feel like it would be a pretty hilarious mix up. Although possibly not as much as if they’d mixed it up the other direction. I would have loved to have seen the writer’s meeting where they had to figure out why the higher ups were fine with Big Mac romancing a child.

I think Nicole means that they wrote “Sugar Belle” instead of “Sweetie Belle” in the notes for a past episode which gave them the idea for the misunderstanding for this episode.

I think she messed this tweet. She probably meant that executive accidentally wrote “Sweetie Belle” instead of Sugar Belle sicne Sugar Belle made sense in the story.
