Comfort from Suri is good comfort.
At least we can always count on Chrysalis.
While it’s a possibility, it just kinda feels like every antagonist female pony is getting reformed, which is why I feel it’s getting old.
I wouldn’t be upset if it does become canon, I did enjoy some like Tiara’s cute sad song, and such.
I really don´t think Suri is a lost cause, just a very difficult one.
She seemed to have been a decent pony before she moved to Manehattan.

A redemption could work if these two find themselves in a situation where they are forced to cooperate (a friendship mission would be ideal).
They would argue and snark at each other at first but finally Rarity would be able to get through to Suri and help her to better herself.
The fact that they are old acquaintances would also help.
