It feels so wrong to ship Shining with anyone else because he’s married
Yeah, and when you really think about it. Fluttershy is the first Main Six (aside Twilight) to talk to Spike and be his friend. Fluttershy fears giant dragons, and yet Spike could be the one who will help her with that issues.
I guess a little part of me ships FlutterSpike because of Fluttershy’s first reaction to him. Got to hear his whole life story I mean… pretty deep stuff there.
FlutterSpike isn’t weird, to be honest. It’s downright adorable, and out of the Main Six x Spike, it actually makes sense.
You are right with one but not the other. Rarimaud and Flutterspike. I know Flutterspike is a weird ship but I like the idea of spike playing the knight to Fluttershy’s princess. Also the Rarity Maud comic made me love the ship even more. Don’t really know why I shipped them in the first place though. But I do enjoy some Tempest love so that’s always great.
