A full mockup of one of the cards I made based on “Horse Play,” with further help on visual effects from Phil Srobeign.
I was originally going to have the art be the sun-grenade before it exploded, but Phil’s wife insisted he do this version, and I have to agree that it’s superior in all conceivable ways.

Making this an instant that could be stacked like that has the potential to severely bog down someone else’s turn, which is something that is avoided in good card design. As it stands, nothing is preventing you from building up and doing that during your own turn at sorcery speed.

TBH, it was Pinkie’s fault. She literally stated she bought illegally modified (or at least unregulated) magical fireworks from Trixie. Trixie handles them with proper care, she didn’t make the monstrous explosive cluster hanging from a rope.
