Well, abou Twilight’s model, it’s more her head hat looks somewha bigger, probably as it’s slightly closer to the viewer. Th proportations of the rest of them, are similar. I did make originally a version were Sunset had her head look
 
I did make Sunset being so big, her head would be as big as Twilight, but believe me, she looked to big then, as if she was a head taller than Sci-Twi, or something XD
 
Sunset technically isn’t a true vector, well she kinda is, but one I made myself, out of this screencap:

Hence Sci-Twi comes of as more polished, as she is from a vector:  

 
I’m still learning though, and maybe in future, I’ll post an improved version, were Sunset is “shaper”/less pixelated.

Nitpick: The body models/vector look off sitting next to each other. Sci-Twi is bigger  
Twilight looks more polished.
