Bipedal: Your pony can now walk or run on her two hind legs, just like a human, without a reduction of her SPeed.  
Dexterous Hooves: Though ponies don’t have fingers, your pony can manipulate them like she did. (Usually ponies need to use their mouths for fine manipulation; this is a racial trait that all ponies have for no cost.)  
Wing Hands: You can now use your wings to manipulate objects, applying your normal DEX score. Just don’t ask where feathers get the muscles to move them.

They just appear to be randomly posting voice actor names on images, and sometimes they’re right. But usually it’s just a random string of names - some not even associated with the show. Or voice actors who are dead. Or TV news crew people.
