Rather, “glamour” is terminology regularly used by the fandom. For example, many of us believe the guards all look alike because there’s a glamour enchantment on their armor to turn them white or grey.

“Nightmare Moon glamour” would describe a magical costume indistinguishable from the original, is terminology used in the fandom currently, and shouldn’t require any moderation or debate. Checking the tag lists now…

Not consistently. Mostly, it’s being used for “Nightmare Moon costume” currently.
I like it. I’ve never heard of “Not Rainbow Dash”, but I’ll take your word for it.
Unfortunately, “not Nightmare Moon” is already being used for something else.
