I challenge that and think of ponk as more of the type of pony to max out all friendship meters a la stardew valley or animal crossing(i think). That is still way more than mere acquaintance.
Pinks is friends with everyone, but to a more shallow level of acquaintance.
Meanwhile Purps is friends with much fewer people, but treasures each bond greatly.
honestly, pinkie really embodies friendship better than twilight. Twilight is okay as a beaurocrat but fails to exemplify friendship well constantly (look at the movie for example where pinkie is way better at it in befriending the sea ponies)

Not that it matters, but someone pointed out to me that it’s not actually on sale. That’s an error in their client design or something. The bundle she is in is not actually on sale, several other ones are.
I would squee into a million pieces. While I wish ponk was the princess of friendship instead (cause twi was terribad at that in the movie) I can settle for princess of CHAOS <3<3
