A waste of a perk slot. You gain resistance to only a very small fraction of enemies and nobody cares about exp bonuses. You will reach max level long before you’ve completed all the quests.

XP perks a re a waste, either way your gonna level so whats the point?  
Better to have it geared towards a critical chance bonus or something.
