The Questor Imperialis, also known as knights are a form of single pilot robotic walker in service to the imperium. Though not as large or powerful as a standard battle Titan. Imperial knights boast the widest array of weaponry and are feirce fighters.

Yeah, Malcador sat on the throne while the Emperor went to battle Horus. He later used what little was left of his life-force to give the emperor enough time to give his final instructions before he was interred in the Golden Throne. Malcador promptly crumpled to ash.
 
More importantly, Malcador was the one responsible for laying the groundwork for what would become the Inquisition, Grey Knights as well as setting up the systems of government that the Imperium uses today (Sure, it’s a mess and nightmare but it can still run without the Big E giving direct commands and has stood for over 10 thousand years. Gotta give him credit for it).
 
Malcador may not be as remembered as most of the Imperiums heroes, but his actions are still being felt all across the Imperium even today and is one of the main reasons the Imperium even lasted this long.

Malcador was the one who (literally) held down the throne during the battle, right? And then gave the Emperor his life force? Or am I thinking of someone else?

(Luna’s role in this is usually that of either Horus or, at-least for me, Malcador. I dunno why, I feel like she’d fit Malcador better because I see her as not relapsing or being swayed again by evil after the Nightmare Moon thing but I also do see the reasons for wanting to make her Horus over Twilight. I also went Malcador because everyone honestly keeps forgetting about the poor Sigilite.)

Guilliman’s reforms are going swimmingly. An equigor being allowed to act as commissar for an independent detachment is very progressive.
