i wasn’t mad because he stole them even though he didn’t I got a little mad cause he didn’t use their original names, instead renamed them making it look like he stole them so don’t act smart when you have invalid arguments.
The person mentioned in your link has created the very first image of tide pod chan, but they have never said that nobody else can draw her, nor have they said that anybody who does draw her must give them credit for being the creator of tide pod chan
neither of these people have gotten any flak from their respective followers, nor from tide pod chan’s creator themselves

It sounds to me like those are gijinka of clorox and tide pods; ponifying clorox and tide pods is essentially using the same idea but with ponies, which has been done several times in the past. There is also precedent for gijinka (especially with the name “[thing being personified]-chan”) almost always being an idea owned by an entire community rather than a single individual, and I doubt that this case would be any different.
