it’s true but I mean that the change of applejack in g 5 does not affect Equestria Girls

Yeah, but Whatthehell!? makes Equestria Girls Minis comics specifically, and he wanted to refernce G5, as he doesn’t like the change with Applejack (And the Equestria Girls Minis are highly posable, more so than I think other MLP toys).

This is very of of character (Comedic Sociopathy though) for Applejack, but I do believe Sunset would defend so Sci-Twi.

And while I know this is a joke on Applejack’s (persumed) G5 status, I believe such story could be interesting in a serious/sad/grimdark story/fic/comic - Sunset is the closest t Sci-Twi of the group, but out of the Human 5, she seems closest to Applejack, so this could a very powerfull, if tragic moment, especially if Applejack refused to stop her attack…
