Despite the fact I’ve saved advent week for on sta.sh, (in case you’re asking yes I am finishing up the 2 advent days pics I haven’t gotten the chance to finish up last month) I’ve felt surprised and satisfied that cyanne got picked for the 2018 community collab this year, and yeah I saw her pic in the collab yesterday. Hopefully I’ll might create more pics of her in the near future, if the MLP G4 Fandom continue of course .
BTW, despite the fact Cyanne was the second MLP character I’ve created back in 2014 not to mentioned created her profile in 2016 (which took me about a 2 months or so to create and lot much detail to put in, (from her origin to the explanation of sombra’s dark magic she inherited at birth) at least basically I’ve explained this to everyone in her bio that she isn’t a mary sue.
And of course even though I’ve draw cyanne in human form for almost a decade (okay maybe a lot….) at least finally I’ve drawn her in pony form even it it means it took 2 months to draw out in digital form in november 2017.
Anywho according to her bio, cyanne not only grows older but her magic (along with 78% of sombra’s dark magic) grows along inside of her as well. And over time the more her magic develops in a period of time, the more she spends mostly on writing her own spells in her spell book. But sadly, that would mean she would only use sombra’s dark magic in case of an emergency, and as a result it would lead to some dire consequences. And the consequences I’m basically talking about is that she gets angry at somepony, who either gives her a hard time or takes of her glasses or even annoys the heck out of her. Even though in the past she didn’t use sombra’s dark magic on discord or limestone or even on her long time rival, scarla nor on tye longshadow (who always calls cyanne a “bufferhead”, despite the fact she ignores him, in anyway she could) fearing she’ll might hurt them on purpose and also get into serious trouble with her parents, cyanne tries her best to hide dark magic inherited by sombra from her adopted-forever family (because the only 3 ponies she know that are crystal ponies are that of her adopted mother Opal along with her adopted aunt Onyx, and her foalhood friend Bixy who she known since her days in an private all girls school as a filly.)
But aside from the sombra’s dark magic, cyanne would also get into trouble in other ways. Despite her half-youngest sister Ivy get’s in trouble many times along with getting grounded by silver and opal cyanne too would be grounded for the some minor offenses, either getting a tattoo with silver lithium (cyanne’s adopted father) told her she’s forbidden to get a tattoo or get a tattoo until college,
which that term is quite similar from the nickelodeon show: As Told By Ginger, when ginger isn’t aloud to wear makeup until high school, but was grounded for wearing makeup on school picture day during her middle school days as a result. Same with carl who was also grounded for ruining Johann Bishop’s book club after releasing a foul smelling odor of moldy rotten hard-boiled eggs in a jar.
Or coming home late on her curfew. But either way cyanne is mostly responsible on a count she’s the oldest in her family and Opal and Silver are okay with cyanne picking out her fashion choices, And trusted her completely 100%. But the one thing silver lithium is mostly concern for cyanne is the usage of magic. He’s already familiar with the fact cyanne kept a locker storage cabinet she kept in her room and inside that cabinet is that of bottles filled with her emotions of disgust (in a green misty color) for when she saw something that not only disgusts her but grosses her out completely and she used a spell to seals up inside of any bottle she randomly find.
Which is also familiar with starlight glimmer using a spell to bottle up her emotions of anger towards trixie from that Season 7 episode of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic: All Bottled Up. Which ultimately backfired, in the worst possible way.
And by that the more cyanne uses that spell, the more the discharge builds up within her body.
Oh, and about this picture?
Despite the fact, cyanne felt guilty about using sombra’s dark magic on twilight sparkle last year, during a holiday party, on the other hand she could get extremely angry when somepony constantly pushes her buttons and basically annoys her while she’s at work in her family-owned bookstore in canterlot.
And apparently you don’t have to be a rocket scientist to realize when it comes to someone who pisses her off too many times but also distracting the customers her workplace, it’s no wonder cyanne desparately tries to hide sombra’s dark magic from everypony she meets. But eventhough she likes meeting any pony outside from equestria there are some ponies that she doesn’t want to cross paths with.
And feather bangs is exhibit A.
