Still, her friends don’t move as fast as her, (even Fluttershy doesn’t fly often) so it still might’ve taken them a long time to find her in the gorge, especially with the dangerous quarray eels, and such.  
Also Dash gave up on calling for help, shortly before Tank showed up, so they wouldn’t of heard her as easily.

She could of easily lifted the boulder had she tried. She is a heck times stronger then Twilight or Rarity, and she once balanced an entire statue on her back. But there was a reason she didn’t.
 
The only reason she didn’t get out was that she had a complete panic attack. Being permanently alone is a deathly fear Dash has. She has severe abandonment issues, especially shown in this episode and the Mare-do-well episode. Heck, even when Applebloom left her to join Pinkie, it got RD in a funk.
