This comes from the warpone thread on /mlp/ we like to ponify historical warhorses being and imagine them being transported to Equestria. One idea of how they get there is that they “wake up” in Equestria after they die, and there is some question about how much they remember about life on Earth. The character in the silhouette is most likely just some Equesrian doctor or official checking out a new arrival.
