Maybe she can do magic but just doesn’t do it in the show like a boss.

Well, talented unicorns can give themselves and others wings, so Pegasus aren’t that special, but unicorns are also better becuase they control the wealth and culture of Equestria. Pegasia on average seem to be a very brain over brawn sort, with crude, abrasive Rainbow Dash being the “ideal” Pegasus and kind, soft spoken Fluttershy an outcast.

I’ve always thought pegasi as the master race since they all can fly, control weather and they even have cloud houses and shit.
 
Normal unicorns can levitate light stuff and then do some magic related to their special talent and I don’t find that too special. We all know Twilight is extraordinarily strong since her special talent is magic and all but normal unicorns can’t really do much.
 
I think earth ponies get discriminated the most and even if they are physically stronger than other races it’s still not that impressive. We all have our headcanons yet I find it sad when some people don’t even want to think earth ponies have the strenght advantage. I guess they want their pegasus/unicorn OC to look better compared to others or something.

Definitely a sympathetic Babs Seed. Her being the former was my biggest fear the moment I heard that. I don’t want another Sports Trio or Garble.

What would you guys rather have?  
Would you rather have Babs Seed be a total bastard from the moment she appears on screen to the final frames of the episode, or would rather her have some “sympathetic” motivations for her actions (while it may not “redeem” her, but at least make her a more compelling and understanding character than being bad just for the hell of it in a kids’ show)?

Everyone who used to bully me is either dead, in jail, or was in an accident.

It seems like Diamond Tiara only hates Applebloom, seeing as she didn’t pick on Sweetie or Scootaloo until they hung out with Bloom and we never see her bother anyone else. So now we have a full triangle.

And Silver dosen’t hate anyone but is desperate for Tiara’s approval

Yep, it was back when I would get in fights with bullies, he was one but about a week after that he stopped, he’s a good guy but he was picked on by his 2 older brothers and older sister, that’s why he was a bully in the first place.

Ya, I actually have a few friends that use to be bullies, they are not bad people for just for being bullies, one of them I had one of those double knockout things happen to us.

I always assumed DT and SS hated Applebloom and co. before the Blank Flank issue was brought up, and they’ll continue doing so after it has been resolved.

I, for one, can’t wait for this episode to appear. :P

^Well, as someone who has been bullied for years (Even by a few teachers), it’s very hard for me to think of bullies as anything but monsters, but I don’t mind seeing more stories about how one becomes a bully.

Yeah, I wish people would think more about why others turn into bullies.  
They seem to just paint them all the same color and label them as monsters or mental cases.

That makes sense, I almost started to bully some kids for the same reason back when I was in middle school but then I shocked the real bullies in the jaw… I got in a lo of fights in middle school but became know as fierce anti-bully.
