I don’t have any saves, so I should be alright there…
Download the .exe version, unpack it with 7zip, then download flash standalone edition from Adobe and run pfe.swf with that.
Do note that the save location is relate to where the folder is on your computer, so you need to keep that in mind and move saves accordingly if you have some saved up.
Tried it, and it’s the first time I’ve ever seen Windows itself block an executable… (Well, Defender, but still. Only executable I have that’s blocked, presumably because of the lack of publisher details…)
There should be offline version with executable app, just go on DA page and in description you have it

Saw that, yeah. Shame I can’t play because of some issue with Flash…
Changelog is in description, its probably recolored main character, you can do it now
